Authentict - ICT met autisme

Authentict is a provider of high-quality ICT services based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. All of our employees have a form of autism. These ICT experts work for us on a permanent basis. At our office, they work under professional supervision to thoroughly complete your assignments in the field of software and system development, testing and management.

We would like to establish a long-term relationship with our customers, to make you get the most out of your Dutch expert at a distance. After an initial phase of training, your expert will become a more and more productive asset for your company. He or she will get to know the ins and outs of your software and your working method. What’s more: we make sure our ICT expert keeps developing himself, thus anticipating new developments in your company and in the field. A versatile worker and a lifelong learner, your expert will remain employable in the long term. You will be able to easily follow the progress of your assignments and the working hours through an online ‘track and trace’ system.

The Dutch Participation Act – a law requiring companies to hire employees with various disabilities – has not yet been implemented completely. We keep a close eye on the developments and strive after the recognition of your contracts with Authentict as full jobs under this Act, even though the expert does not work directly at your office.
