Employers and the Dutch Participation Act
On January 1, 2015, the Dutch Participation Act came into effect. Employers and government agreed to create more jobs for people with disabilities affecting their capacity to work. If employers fail to provide these jobs, the Dutch government will impose quota. Any employer having 25 or more employees will be formally required to provide jobs to people with disabilities and will get a fine when failing to do so. We strive to have one or more contracts with Authentict recognised as jobs falling under the Participation Act, even though our experts do not work directly at your office.
